Venue: A conference room in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Details will be sent to participants only.
Procedure: The first half of the session will consist of self-introductions and a Q&As for all participants. (Approx. 30 mins).
The second half will be spent on a free discussion on the theme below. (Approx. 60 minutes). The aim of discussion is neither to arrive at a single correct answer, nor to decide who wins or loses, so please feel free to express your own ideas. The theme of discussion will be "Name one or two gay characters in films or TV dramas who made an impression on you. Why and how were they memorable?"
The number of applicants to be admitted: Six
Eligibility: To apply, you must meet the following criteria.
* Being a gay man (of any age or nationality)
* Being respectful of different opinions
* Having a normal body temperature
Prohibitions: If you are found to be in breach of any of the following, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be allowed to attend the future events.
* In case you are not a gay man
* In case your body temperature is above normal, or you keep sneezing or coughing
* In case you are revealing the privacy of the participants
* In case you cancel without prior notice (except in cases of force majeure)
* In case of pushy and persistent sales activities, solicitation or pick-up, etc.
* In case you are quick to dismiss or belittle opinions different from your own
* In case you are commenting on the appearance of other participants
* In case you are recording or filming
How To Register: Only those who meet the above-mentioned eligibility criteria and adhere to the above-mentioned regulations on prohibitions may send a message to the organizer's Twitter account (see below) or an e-mail to "pianoapiacere*gmail.com" (replace * with @) after 8 p.m. on Monday, July 10th, 2023. If you are applying for the first time, please mention that you meet the above-mentioned eligibility and that you will refrain from the above-mentioned prohibitions. Please also note that applications received prior to the application start date and time will not be considered.
