Time: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Venue: A conference room in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Details will be provided to participants only.
Procedure: The first half of the meeting (approx. 30 mins) will consist of each participant's self-introduction.
The second half (approx. 60 mins) will be spent on a word-guessing game using drawings. One participant will be given an English word, and will draw a picture of it on a whiteboard. The other participants will look at the drawing and try to guess what the word is.
The number of applicants to be admitted: Six
Eligibility: To participate, you must meet the following criteria:
* Identify as a gay man (regardless of age or nationality)
Prohibited Conduct: Anyone found in violation of the following guidelines will be asked to leave immediately and may be barred from future gatherings:
* Misrepresenting your sexual orientation (e.g., falsely claiming to be gay)
* Attending while experiencing cold-like symptoms, such as elevated body temperature, persistent sneezing or coughing, or general fatigue
* Disclosing personal information about other participants without consent
* Cancelling without prior notice (except in cases of force majeure)
* Engaging in aggressive or persistent sales, solicitation, or pick-up behavior
* Dismissing, belittling, or invalidating others’ viewpoints
* Making unsolicited comments about another participant’s appearance (e.g., weight, age, clothing choices)
* Recording or filming during the event
Even if a participant’s behavior does not fall under the above violations, if it is deemed to compromise the safety, comfort, or atmosphere of the event, the organizer reserves the right to refuse future participation at the organizer’s discretion. (Please note that the organizer does not provide individual explanations regarding such decisions.)
