Venue: A conference room in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Details will be provided to participants only.
Procedure: The first half of the meeting (approx. 30 mins) will consist of all participants' self-introductions followed by Qs&As.
The second half (approx. 60 mins) will be spent on a free discussion on the theme of "Have you come out at work? If so, why? What happened as the result of your coming out? If you have not come out, why not?"
The number of applicants to be admitted:
Eligibility: To apply, you must meet the following criteria.
* Being a gay man (of any age or nationality)
* Being respectful of different opinions
* Having a normal body temperature on the day of the event
* Having no symptoms of sneezing, coughing or feeling lethargic on the day of the event
Prohibitions: If you are found to be in breach of any of the following, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be allowed to attend the future events.
* In case you are not a gay man
* In case you are in the midst of cold-like symptoms, such as a body temperature above normal, sneezing or coughing continuously, or a sluggish body
* In case you are revealing the privacy of the participants
* In case you cancel without prior notice (except in cases of force majeure)
* In case of pushy and persistent sales activities, solicitation or pick-up, etc.
* In case you are quick to dismiss or belittle opinions different from your own
* In case you are commenting on the appearance of other participants
* In case you are recording or filming
